Christmas is about God sending His Son to earth to inaugurate the Kingdom of God, which will result in the restoration of all things, including me. (And I need it!)
Given the mess that I and the world are in, what more could I/we ask for?
But the amazing thing is that Jesus, and the restoration He both is and brings, is not good enough for many (embarassingly, even me at times). We want more.
The question for me is: How much more?
When I consider Christmas and am honest with myself, there is no more "more." Jesus is enough. Jesus is more than enough.
Now I've just got to live that truth.
